Continuing in our ‘Camp Prep’ series, this blog is all about CYJ dining!
Welcome to Camp Prep, our pre-camp updates designed to get you ready for an amazing summer!
CYJ is excited to announce our special guest for this year’s Women’s ReJEWventation Weekend, May 13-15: Rabbi-Cantor Robbi Sherwin!
It is not easy for parents to make the decision to send their child away into the waiting arms of strangers who promise to take care of them — people who promise to show them the wonders of nature, fun, new skills, and friendships. As a parent of two children, even I struggle with the idea, and I have been around summer camps my entire life.
Have you been wondering why attending spring camp or sending your kids to CYJ for the weekend is a great idea?
The thrill of Maccabiah as you scream and cheer on your friends… singing songs, arms wrapped around each other against the glow of a camp fire…. sharing a final moment with your group on closing day, hoping the feeling would last forever, wishing it would never end.
We are sad to announce that Claire Adams, our Office Manager, will be moving on at the end of the year and will no longer be working for us here at CYJ.
Naomi and Avi’s wedding was one of the most spectacular weekends of our lives. CYJ worked hard to please all of us and took care of our needs the entire weekend.
Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays. This year, I get to play football with my boys, eat Turkey with my family and friends, and probably watch the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade.
Next Tuesday help us celebrate #GratitudeTuesday! We wanted to take the opportunity to thank YOU for being a part of the CYJ family!
